We got up a bit late today and Sergiy helped make pancakes...He did the pancake flippin' and ate them with his usual strawberry jam...
This afternoon we did his favorite thing..swimming.. or as he says, "plavat"; at least that is what the Russian word sounds like.
We did a bit of grocery shopping and went to eat out. After swimming he had told me, "hungry...fish". The kid loves fish. The short bio had said he didn't like fish, but he must have not understood because he loves fish.
Tonight we went to a New Year's Eve party at our church where he and some other boys spent the time playing Wii...I went downstairs to check on them. I came down as furniture was being moved out of a classroom. I inquired what the plan was.."we are going to play soccer". I wonder whose idea that was?
New food for today...his first Snickers bar and first Nacho chips.
